Sized for your dog.  This version is in high quality latigo and shows the wider 1 1/2 inch throat, but it is also available in a standard 1 inch wide collar.  This price includes a  2— 4 foot long leash. 

English bridle leather,  lining and longer leashes are available at additional cost.
